Ephesians 6:1 (LK)  A verse to say with all your might:  "Children obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right."    Wag finger, and raise voice on "might," and "right."

Deuteronomy 13:4 (OK)  A six-verb verse:  "Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave to him."  Emphasize the darkened verbs!

Deuteronomy 30:14 (LK)  "The word is very nigh unto thee _____  (Put in child's name.) in thy mouth, and in thy heart that thou mayest do it!"  

Romans 10:8,9 (OK)  "But what saith it?  THE WORD IS VERY NIGH THEE, EVEN IN THY MOUTH, AND IN THY HEART*: that is the word of faith which we preach:  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Proverbs 4:14,15 (OK)  "Enter not into  the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.  Avoid it, ... turn from it, and pass away."

Deuteronomy 5:29 (OK)  "O that there was such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, ...."


G Is for Give It

* "sware" is for "promise"

Genesis 12:39 (LK)  "... I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee* shall all the families of the earth be blessed."   *Abram's seed or Israel!

Two Give It Verses --One in first chapter of Deuteronomy, and one in the last chapter of Deuteronomy!
